This section of the wiki holds content relating to issues, problems, plus resources that might help in addressing them - not all pages are exclusively Open Source related.

This page brings together information useful to VCS organisations making the move to Free and Open Source software. You can use this page to find more information or to share what you know with others.

If you have an ICT-related issue that you'd like to articulate, put it on this page, or put a link to it from this text. The issue doesn't necessarily have to be Open Source related, but you might find that someone can suggest an Open Source-related solution. The aim of putting in general issues will also show what kind of context people are working in and what are some of the "real" problems to be addressed.
